DISCIPLINARY  HEARINGS
Including drafting charge sheet, chairing hearing and providing a comprehensive summary document with a finding and recommendation

GRIEVANCES
Handling of all internal grievances raised

CCMA
Preparation for arbitration

AD HOC CONSULTATION FEE

R1,200 PER HOUR
A call out fee of R500.00 is charged.
This covers the travel time in and around the Boland.

4 HR RETAINER OPTION

HR/IR Advice and services on an “as and when required” basis
4hrs @ R850 per hour
=R3,400 monthly [Excludes travel]

8 HR RETAINER OPTION

8hrs @ R700 per hour
= R5600 monthly [Excludes travel]

12 HR RETAINER OPTION

12 hrs @ R 650 per hour
= R7800 monthly [Excludes travel]

All-inclusive RETAINER OPTION

DISCIPLINARY HEARINGS None retainer clients, Hearings are calculated at a flat rate of R5500 per Employee/Hearing. (excluding travel R500). Should the hearing and drafting of outcome document exceed 3 hours the client will be invoiced per hour. Retainer clients, are allocated 3 hours per Hearing.
